TNFRSF17 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 17), also known as BCMA, is a receptor primarily expressed on mature B cells and plasma cells. It binds to ligands BAFF and APRIL, regulating B cell survival, differentiation, and antibody production. In Macaca fascicularis, TNFRSF17 serves as an important immune marker and therapeutic target for studying B cell–related diseases and evaluating biologic drug responses in preclinical research.
