This purified IgG, isolated from pooled serum of healthy adult mouses and containing a spectrum of the IgG subclasses, is intended as a negative control for mouse-derived primary antibodies. Apply it at the same concentration as the primary antibody to differentiate specific antigen staining from nonspecific primary antibody adsorption to tissue.
